We have Cash option, payment within 30 days and Instalments option of between 6-12 months.
All our plots are 50 by 100 or an 1/8 acre. In some of our projects we have an option of Quarter and an Acre.
You get a system generated receipt, sign two copies of the offer letter, make payments for your plot then we start on the documentation process upon full payment, where you will give us a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, postal address and 3 passport photos. After signing the sale agreement and transfer forms, we wait for title deed to be ready.
Yes you can. We will send to you the select project sub division plan, you select your preferred plot then we book it for you. We then give you our company account details where you can wire the payment. You then give us your details as you would like the title to appear when transferred to you. We process your title within 3 months after payment is done. When your title is ready, you can either write to us instructing us to issue the title deed to your trusted family.
We do not charge a cent. You just come and get a driver & our staff ready for you eager to make sure that you are comfortable as you view. We also provide a bottle of water to ensure that you enjoy the viewing tour
